Terms: Satisfaction guaranteed, 30 day return policy. Within 30 days, refund full purchase price of item LESS shipping charges incurred. If the problem was caused by Southern Lamp and Supply (wrong item shipped or defective item), full refund or replacement will be made including the postage fees.
If customer ordered wrong item and requests return, refund will be applied for merchandise ordered ONLY. Postage fees will not be refunded.
ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, IF PACKAGE IS REFUSED FOR CUSTOMS FEES OR RETURNED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN DEFECTS, ONLY MERCHANDISE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
